Deliveries/Collections Information & Terms

These terms & conditions outline information related to how deliveries or collections work, what to expect and when to expect it.
It is important that you familiarize yourself with these terms before placing an order on our website.
Delivery Policy
a) Delivery Areas: We deliver to addresses within The Republic of South Africa. If your address is outside our delivery area, please contact us to inquire about alternative arrangements.
b) Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
c) Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
d) Delivery Process: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and delivery information. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated time.
e) Delivery Inspection: Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the package(s) for any visible damage. If you notice any damage, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and note it on the delivery receipt. We encourage you to inspect the contents of your order promptly to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to us within 24 Hours of Receipt of Goods.
Collection Policy
aa) Collection Location: If you choose to collect your order instead of opting for delivery, you can do so from our designated collection point that will be specified after placing your order. Please ensure to check our operating hours before arranging for collection.
bb) Collection Process: Upon placing your order and selecting the collection option, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and collection information. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a valid form of identification when collecting your order.
cc) Collection Timeframe: Orders will be ready for collection within 3-5 working days of placing the order. You will be notified via email or phone when your order is ready for collection and the time may increase in the event of special orders, or stock availability. Please collect your order promptly within the specified timeframe.
dd) Proxy Collection: If you are unable to collect your order in person, you may authorize someone else to collect it on your behalf. The authorized individual must present a copy of the order confirmation and a letter of authorization signed by you.
General Terms & Conditions
aaa) Order Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by you.
bbb) Delivery/Collections Fees: Delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. In the event of a failed delivery due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., recipient unavailable), additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
ccc) Damaged or Missing Items: If your order is delivered with damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as and where deemed appropriate, subject to our inspection and assessment. We reserve the full right to reject or decline refund or replacement requests and it will only be done so at our sole discretion.
ddd) Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of orders may be subject to certain conditions and fees. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy for more information.
eee) Liability: We will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of late deliveries, failed deliveries, or errors in delivery caused by factors beyond our control.
